As well as the indoor and outdoor pools, we also offer Lifestyles Swim Fit and Aqua-Aerobics classes, toddler sessions,  50 Plus swimming sessions and swimming lessons to cater for the needs of adults and children alike!

Indoor Fitness Pool

Our 25 metre Fitness Pool offers the perfect solution for improving your health and fitness levels. Swim at your own pace during regular lane swimming sessions or if you are looking for guidance join in instructor-led Aqua Aerobics and Swim Fit sessions.  There are also a number of specialists sessions taking place during the week for the over 50s, ladies and those with special learning needs and disabilities. Our facilities are ideal for the disabled with easy access, dedicated changing facilities and a hoist to aid access to the Pool.

Outdoor Pool

Our unique outdoor pool opens for business from April to September. This superb pool, heated to provide an enjoyable swim whatever the weather, has an interactive water feature, relaxation zone, beach area for the very young, 'swim through' feature to the indoor pools and a refreshment kiosk.  Come for a swim, stay for the day!

Family Fun

The outdoor and indoor pools offer the chance to enjoy some great family fun.  We also have a range of features specifically for the under 5s, from the brand new outdoor interactive water feature situated in the beach area, to the indoor toddler pool and teaching pool.  Throughout the week, we also run a number of mother and toddler activity sessions, as well as a whole range of swimming lessons, to suit all ages and abilities.

Each Saturday from 10.15am to 11.15am, we run our very popular Splasharound sessions.  With a giant inflatable, floating island and water toys galore, you're guaranteed to have a fun time.  This session is for children 11 years and under and an adult is admitted free with each child price paid.

Tonbridge Swimming Club

Tonbridge Swimming Pool plays host to a resident fully affiliated ASA Swimming Club catering for swimmers of all ages and abilities. For further information please contact Reception.

VIP Swimming Session for those with special learning needs and disabilities 

Our VIP Swimming Session for residents with special learning needs and disabilities takes place on the last Sunday of every month at Tonbridge Swimming Pool.

Supported by Tonbridge Lions, this fun session is open to both juniors and adults alike.  The Teaching Pool with a whole host of water toys will be available from 6.30pm to 8pm and the Fitness Pool from 7pm to 8pm.  For those 16 years and over, the Health suite will be available from 6.30 to 8pm. Standard concession price applies, with each paying customer able to bring in a carer free of charge. There is also a family rate of £5.40 should the whole family wish to take part.
