
Lifestyles Exercise Classes
We run a programme of water based exercise classes throughout the week including Swim Fit and Aqua Aerobics. All of these sessions are led by qualified instructors and aim to tone and strengthen the body.

Swim Fit sessions are designed for those wishing to improve their fitness through swimming. These structured sessions are led by a qualified swim instructor, who will advise on specific training programmes to meet individual needs and will also focus on improving strength, stamina and stroke technique.
- Monday 9pm to 10pm
- Tuesday 9pm to 10pm
- Wednesday - Beginners session 9pm to 10pm
Aqua Aerobics is an excellent fitness class which uses the water to tone and shape the body safely and effectively. These invigorating sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and age groups.
- Monday 8pm to 9pm
- Thursday 7pm to 8pm
- Friday 11am to 12pm
